Well-Woman GYN Yearly Membership:
Designed for women up to age 35, this membership provides comprehensive gynecologic care with a focus on prevention, convenience, and continuity. All care is led by a certified GYN Physician Assistant specializing in women’s health.
● Annual Well Woman Exam
● One additional visit per year (for follow-up, contraceptive counseling, or minor gynecologic concerns)
● Medication management for birth control (ongoing prescriptions, refills, adjustments)
● Yearly preventive lab work
● Direct access and messaging to your GYN provider
● Discounts on in-house services and products
This membership is designed exclusively for preventive gynecologic care and birth control management. Hormone replacement therapy and weight management services are not included and may be pursued separately if desired.
